TIPS:
- Blanc Inn advice: EZ Link Card is more cost effective than any other Transport card (example Singapore Tourist Pass)
- You may purchase EZ Link Card at CHANGI AIRPORT MRT station, as soon as you step out from Arrival Hall.
- EZ Link card has a One-Time unrefundable S$5 cost.
- Before you leave Singapore, you may ask for card balance amount refund (less $5 cost) from Changi Airport.
(You are therefore advised to use up as much card value before selling the card back to us.)
1. At Changi Airport MRT station or most MRT stations, you can purchase an ez-link card at $12 out of which $5 is
stored value for your use.
The remaining $5 is the cost of the card which is non-refundable.
2. You can Top-up the card, no top-up admin fee, at Lavender MRT station, or selected MRT stations
3. You can also Top-up the card at 7-eleven convenient store, a $0.50 top up fees are applicable.
4. Minimum Store-Value to travel on MRT/bus: a/ To travel on bus, you need to have the minimum stored value to cover
the cost of travel from the point you get on, to the last stop on that service, say $1.50. b/ To travel on MRT,
You will need at least $3 in your card before you can start your journey on the MRT.
About EZ Link Card
a/ EZ-Link card has auto fare discount, as meant for use by Singapore citizens, about 5-10% discount, for every trip fare.
b/ EZ-Link card stored-value can be used throughout whole year, within its card 5-year validity period.
c/ One disadvantage is that it has a non-refundable card fee of $5. This is the reason our boutique inn provides this special service by
buying back the card from you for $3, which we could recycle for use by selling to our other guests.

b/ No need to get ready exact bus fare, as Bus takes only cash and no change return.
c/ No need to buy individual ticket for every travel.
Advice if EZ Link suits you ?
1/ EZ Link card will be handy, if you plan to have 5 or more MRT/Bus trips.
2/ As a rough guide for how much stored value you need to top up, MRT/Bus per trip costs about $1.20, inclusive of EZ-Link discount.
