** Easy Access: Our Hostel is on 1st floor, no need to carry heavy luggage to walk up to 2nd, or 3rd higher floor.
** Comfort:
1) Our boutique inn is probably the only one in Singapore to use single/double beds. No dormitory-bunk-beds or capsule beds.
2) Firm bed and pillows dressed with clean white linen and quilt, inclusive in the price you pay
3) Every high-ceiling suite has 4 or 5 alcoves, giving you a room like space with privacy curtains and night door
4) Every alcove is spaciously distanced from each other, no more feeling claustrophobic in bunk beds or capsules!

- Check-In time: 2:00pm, FREE early check-in (after 8.30am) is subjected to availability.
- Check out time: 11:00am
- Our Reception opening hour is open 8.30am – 6.00pm.
- For check-in after reception opening hours, hostel guests will be given comprehensive, easy self-check–in instructions.
- For check-in after reception opening hours, you may write to us to request for staff-assisted check-in, however, SGD$5 per guest is chargeable.
- We accept cash payment in SGD only.
- We do not accommodate Singaporeans and Singapore PRs.
- No children under 6 years of age.
- For personal lockers in every room and left luggage storage purpose, please bring along your own padlock (shackle must be no larger than 5mm thick to be able to lock the door).
- Air conditioners will be switched off between 11am to 2pm daily in order to ventilate the premises

Hostel Cancellation Policy: ....
- Free Cancellation (before arrival), however, please email to inform our boutique inn for any cancellation.
- Free one time Change of Check-in Date, subject to availability.
- 10% Booking Reservation, paid to website reservation engine company, is not refundable.
- No cancellation and no refund, after guest checked into hostel.
