- Before Arrival [more than 3 days (72 hours)]: Booking Reservation Fee is not refundable.
- Before Arrival [less than 3 days (72 hours)]: 1-night penalty fee is payable.
- After Arrival:
a/ No cancellation for less than 3 days (72 hours) is allowed.
b/ For cancellation of 4th, 5th day onwards, 1-night penalty fee is payable.
- If, let say, customer make reservation for 2 persons, but 3 people turn up.
=> As our boutique inn charges rate by person, we will charge the full amount per person for the re-arranged alcove.
Pillows and duvet will be provided to the extra guest. In the event when our boutique inn does not have any more new
alcove, we will charge every additional guest a flat price of $15 per night.
